Earlier in the year we surveyed our members to understand their awareness of our services, how they felt about our services and if they would recommend us to a friend or colleague.
We were extremely happy with the uptake of this survey, with more than 10% of members who recieved it responding.
Customer Understanding and Confidence – Respondents displayed confidence in understanding our savings and lending products, with 68% feeling confident or very confident in savings knowledge and 64% in lending.
Customer Satisfaction – We’re thrilled to report an average satisfaction rating of 9.1 out of 10. Positive feedback highlighted our team’s dedicated service, especially from team member Carol!
Referral Willingness – We scored highly in recommendations, with an average likelihood of 9.18, showing strong loyalty and trust within our community.
Social Media Preferences – Facebook (68%) and Instagram (47%) are our members’ top platforms, providing key channels for future engagement.
