From January 20th to March 31st, 2025, we’re running an exciting campaign to grow our credit union community—and you can win fantastic rewards for getting involved!

How It Works

Encourage someone you know to join the credit union and provide them with your member number to quote during their application. It’s simple and rewarding!

When completing our online joining form, the new member will need to enter your member number in the designated field.  Please ensure they include this information, as applications without it won’t count toward the prize total.

Rewards

We’re offering three prizes to celebrate your participation:

• £100 Voucher for one current member who refers a new member during the campaign.
• £100 Voucher for one new member who joins during the campaign.
• £50 Voucher for the current member who recruits the most new members by the end of the campaign.

Member Benefits

Terms and Conditions

1. To be eligible for Prize Draw B the new member must provide an existing member number during the application process.
2. The new member must successfully join the credit union before the campaign ends on March 31^st, 2025, for both the new and existing member to be entered into each draw.
3. The new member must maintain their credit union account for at least 3 months. If the account is closed within this period, and the member or existing member has received a prize, efforts will be made to reclaim this prize from both.
4. Existing members who promote multiple new members will qualify for 1 entry into Prize Draw A, however multiple entries will count towards Prize Draw C.
5. Staff, Directors, and Volunteers are excluded from all prize draws.
6. The winners of Prize Draw A and B will be selected at random.
7. The winners will be announced on social media, upon gaining permission.
8. If the prize is declined or unclaimed by the winners, then after 10 working days from notification the prize will no longer be available to that member without liability to Scottish Universities Community Bank.
9. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn from the remaining eligible members.

Rewards

Prize Draw A

• All existing members who promote a new member to join the credit union are entered into the draw for a £100 voucher of their choice.
• Existing members will only be entered into this draw once, no matter how many members they promote.

Prize Draw B

• All successful new members who join the credit union while referencing a current member number will be entered into the draw to win a £100 voucher of their choice.

Prize C

• The existing member who promotes the newest members to join the credit union will be awarded a £50 voucher of their choice.
