Board of Directors Strategy Day

Last week our Board of Directors and CEO met to complete our annual strategy day. The day was facilitated by Deborah Smith-Hands of the Association of British Credit Unions and held at the Oriam, Scotland’s Sports Performance Centre.

Sustainability, growth and service were the day’s key themes, with each being highlighted in our agreed business objectives.

Our Directors and staff team are excited to implement their ideas and grow the community bank over the next 12 months.
